Yes. Run one copy of the remote program as the host. On your client machine run the remote program and click “Connect”, put in the IP address and port.
An easier way (though a bit more expensive) is to get a serial port server. I have the Startech 4 port server that connects me to two KPA500 and two KAT500. They appear as normal serial ports on the client and you connect using the remote program.
