4 KHz receive passband *already works* with the FM filter. Simply set
FC (shift) = 2.0 - 2.2 and dial in the desired bandwidth. The *only*
reason that one does not get the full bandwidth is that shift is less
that 1/2 the width. The actual bandwidth achieved with the K3 in shift
- width mode is [FC (Shift) + BW/2]
