Mike, Yes, the KNB3's can be swapped. But if you'll be in there anyway, I'd strongly suggest that you first remove and then re-insert the KNB3 module in your main receiver first. Then try it out and see if the blinking "NB" issue persists. If not, you're done. Otherwise, swapping them and observing the results would provide some additional useful data points.
