FYI,
thanks to DL2FHO i found this on the LPPan webite:

Its a new version NaP3 v5.0 . Finally , the dx cluster spot function
works , and some other new settings for the display.
Someone is working on it.
It still crashes on my Win7 when Direct I/Q (for CWskimmer etc) is
checked in the VAC tab.
If someone knows how to fix that, please let me know.
