Love my KX-3 but during 144mhz SSB operation any vibration results in microphonics heard in the loud speaker but otherwise operation seems fine on 144 SSB. Any hints, I was hoping to make this my high performance SSB rig for VHF portable contesting. Bill K6ACJ (fully loaded KX-1, KX-3, KXPA-100).
