This is a very simple question concerning what is considered mobile or portable operation. If I am driving my car and communicating on any band I am obviously mobile. If I pull over and operate with my mobile setup I am still mobile? If I set up a temporary mast that is supported by the car or near the car am I then portable? Just making sure I use the right suffix for the right situation!
