I have seen activity on frequencies just above the net frequency
of 14,303.5, so ESSB might interfere with those people. Given
how hard it is to pull some net stations out of the noise, most
stations are probably using rather narrow receive bandwidths, so
a full spectrum signal will be cut off by the receivers.
I would stick with communications grade bandwidth.
