I love my K3s and I love my HI-Z array, they work beautifully. I hear signals that are so faint but I hear them clearly with only background noise.
I know I am praising the K3s and HI-Z array but this goes for my old K3 and HI-Z Triangular array as well. Earlier this year I bought a K3s, retiring my K3 and I replaced my HI-Z triangular Rx antenna with a HI-Z 8 element Rx antenna a few months ago. It is a stellar antenna. I replaced both because I wanted the best I could have at this QTH for reception on the low bands. The difference between my enhanced K3 and the K3s is not tremendous Rx wise but I wanted what little there may be, the same for the HI-Z Triangular. My 160 antenna is a sloper with a max height of maybe 50'. Last year I was using the K3 and the Triangular. With that, I just received a certificate from the ARRL for last year's 160 Meter Contest, giving me 1st place, single op QRP in CT and 4th place United States and Canada. This with an average Tx antenna and much QRM from RFI due to the electric AMTRAK lines 75' away. If it weren't for the abilities of this fine K3 and this Rx antenna, I would have never been so lucky as to do as well. So this is a shout out to Elecraft for producing a magnificent radio and to HI-Z for a magnificent Rx antenna.
