I think that they will adjust your shipping charge when your order is processed. The following is shown on the Elecraft website under Black Friday Sale: "Free Ground Shipping on these items anwhere [sic] in North America. Shipping cost will be reduced at the factory after order is placed"

It says free shipping in North America but in the checkout I am being charged 46.00 for shipping? I'm in Canada and that's North America so how is the shipping free??
