Hi Mike, We noted with the Black Friday and K3S Bundle specials on the order form that those items would get free ground shipping to North America and that we would adjust out the shipping for those items when the order came in. (We do not charge the credit cards until we double check the orders.)
We will email you the final total next week after we return from the holiday. (The factory is closed Thursday and Friday and we will be back in action on Monday.)
