David If the Amp keying line requires less than what the radio is able to managed, you are good to go.
KX2 = 30v @100ma Amp is 12V - current unknown So, you can simply measure this just by plugging in the amp and using a multimeter to measure the current being used by the relay. You don't need any RF hooked up to the amp as you are not driving it. Take your meter in current mode and have one lead on ground and the other to the center connector of the amp PTT lead. You will hear a click when the amp relay goes into transmit. Measure the current on your meter and make sure it is less than 100ma. If it isn't you will require another relay to key the amp. 900 other people will tell you to install a commercial MFJ amp keying buffer. :) It won't be required if you draw less than 100ma.
