Merry Christmas to All! I just opened a Christmas gift from my lovely wife Judy to find a K-Pod inside. This was quite a surprise since I had forgotten I suggested I wanted one. I also ordered one as part of a larger order and noted it was "backordered" just after she place her order.
She received a call from Elecraft Customer Support pointing out we had both ordered the same item and if they should ship both. She explained "no" and thus my backorder. Where else could you find such great customer support along with such fine products?
