Hi Mike, You might check the latest programmers manual Rev F8. I don't see anything in that like you indicate.

According to the Elecraft K3 and KX3 programmers rev E11 on page 22 I am to enter an open and closed single quotation with a period in the middle. Funny thing is I can't seem to find the single quotations on the keyboard?
