I suspect your chrome had been hacked. I have seen this before with Chrome on my iPad being hacked. I had to uninstall Chrome from my iPad and reinstall to solve the problem.
Well Avast shows your system is clear, it clearly is not and you do have a problem on your own personal computer sadly.
