The windows time sync is not good enough to use for the jt or wspr
timing, it only updates once a week. Your clock must be within a
couple os seconds to be decoded and do decoding.
I recoment using the Meinberg ntp client, see:

Use the one for Windows XP and newer.

When I check cat that's all working fine and tx that works too. I've got
the alc abt 4 bars on tx and can hear the tone in tx via monitor.
I see the waterfall and lots of activity
But I don't seem to be receiving any stations just the odd one pops up evey
now and then.
I'm on windows 10 and have checked the sound is set as it should be.
But still problematic
Even tx seems to be txing but when I check wspr net nothing is coming
through.
So is it settings on the k3s?
