"CAN Bus" (Controller Area Network) would do the job. Either a single (screened) twisted pair (differential signalling, highly resistant to external EMI) or two pairs. Its extensively use in vehicles, industry and many places where there is lots of electrical QRM. Serial data rates can be high (many 10's of kBaud) and nodes are addressable. No need to invent yet another bus. 73.
