Bill, Connect the paddle you want the dots on to the tip of a stereo 3.5 mm phone jack, connect the dah paddle to the ring and connect the paddle common (ground) to the shell - then you can run with INP PDLn, change to INP PDLr to reverse the connection for those with 'other hand persuasion'. Of course, it is just as easy to connect the paddle the other way 'round and use INP PDLr for your normal usage, switch it if required for visitors.
