Hi Don,
I removed the 200Hz filter this morning, and as you said, the offset
was on the paper tag. I set up the -0.87 offset via the K3 utility, and now
all is well.

Look on the filter itself. The offset should be marked on the paper tag
affixed to the filter.
I don't know about the new 6 pole filter, but that is true for the 5
pole filters, and I assume it is the same for that one.
In other words, the offset is not on separate paperwork.
