One alternative which has been used very successfully in the past to
lift antenna wires is the Allsop Helikite - see http://www.allsopp.co.uk/
Its a combined helium balloon and kite which combines the best of both
worlds ie balloon for no wind and a kite if it is windy.
I've not had direct experience of its use as a antenna lifter but others
