Do you hear the video through your computer speakers as well? If so, maybe the K3S has VOX enabled and I'd just picking up the sound via the K3s microphone. If you DON'T hear the video from the computer, then it's likely that your default sound device in Windows has been changed to be the audio codec for the K3S. What you probably want is for the default playback device in Windows to be your computer's sound card, and only configure WSJT and any other ham software to use the K3S audio codec.
