Someone did change this to OT, but it really isn't. As others have also mentioned is that this is a list that is heavily diluted by so many OT issues.
This is the only list that I am part of that varies like a club meeting. And, that is OK, it just isn't OK for all of us. For those that have replied, directly to me, I'm running higher than 50% for a unique list.
