Apologies, I am not reading well this morning - if the fan continues to
run with the amp turned OFF, then there is something wrong - like the
power supply not turning off.
The fan normally runs briefly when the amp is turned off as a means of
discharging the filter capacitors.

Bill,
Check the menu setting for FAN CTL - any setting other than NOR will
cause the fan to run continuously.
If it runs all the time when set to NOR, contact support.
