The only trouble I had was TSA in Hawaii confiscating my cheap wire strippers, because they have a rule against tools greater than 8 inches in length. Because of course that's how terrorists are going to hijack a plane-- with a pair of Home Depot wire strippers. Funnily enough, TSA at SFO on the way out didn't notice or care. I had my Buddistick in my checked luggage.
You definitely want anything with batteries in your carry-on, but you knew that. I brought along a photocopy of my license in my carry-on just in case I needed it, but I didn't. Belief in something doesn't make it real. And if you have to lie to support a position, that position is not worth supporting. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com
