Dunno what exactly the problem was. I pulled L1 and L2 off the LPF board, retinned the leads, and now it seems to be working. Getting 1.0W out on 80, 2.0 on 40, 2.5 on 30 and 3.0 on 20. I need to retweak the green L2 (or is it L1? - too lazy too look at the manual while I type this) but I pronounce this rig cured. Thanks to all for the hints (as usual - you guys really offer some great advice!) and the power out measurements. I certainly appreciate it!
