Yes, the techs at Elecraft are well practiced and quite efficient. They also run it through the automated checkout line for you. Well worth the cost IMHO.

Yes, Don they did charge me the $99 one-hour fee, but I did have some repair work done on the sub-receiver. So, it took them one hour or less to repair the sub-receiver and put the mods in.
