Years ago, W1AW operator Chuck Bender W1WPR (SK) told me a story about trying to copy a QRQ conversation one night and not quite getting it. So he recorded it on a reel-to-reel tape recorder and played it back at half speed.
He said during the entire QSO neither operator ever got the other station's callsign correct. :=)
