I get "reasonable" results. What I find is that the faster the sender, the better the decode. The ways I have found to improve decode are:

  Use CWT to exactly tune the signal.
  Use narrow bandwidth -- 250 Hz or less on the DSP filter
  Adjust the RF gain to minimize noise while still having signal.

I use CW 5--40 as my usual decoder setting.
