I've been using a bug exclusively for the last 3 years (homebrew left-hander). On a few occasions, I've had to use a paddle, say, when visiting a friend's shack or at a hamfest. It took me awhile to realize I was using the paddle exactly like I would a bug: automatic dits and manual dahs. I didn't realize it til the other person pointed it out.

It is very different than anything else I have tried, but it is fun and is a welcome addition to my collection. I like to use a different key each day. I have my favorites too, a begali Blade, a begali HST, begali Traveler, Vibroplex speed racer, SKCC straight key by LNR, and some others. Now, I will add a bug to the rotation. I hope that we can work each other on the air sometime. 73,Steve KI4EZL Sent from my Galaxy TabĀ® S2 ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to [email protected]
