I had a similar problem on the low bands. I did three things: 1- Replaced the stock power cord with ~4 ft of #10 twisted pair cable; 2- Turned up the no-load voltage on the Actron linear supply to 14.2 v which gives me better than 13.5v @ 100w key down on the K3 display and 3- reran the K3 Power Cal procedure with the K3 Utility. It's been fine ever since. GL+HNY
