JI'm posting just in case someone else has this problem.

I added more bonding to my station and put a lug under the IF In BNC connector on the P3 as part of the project. Afterwards, my P3 was noticeably deaf. When I started to operate in the North American QSO party, I couldn't see any of the stations.

I got out the manual and discovered that there was a switch to activate the IF Out connector. I moved the switch to Off and everything was good again. I moved it to on, and I only lost about 3dB, just like the manual said. Some experimentation showed that if the switch was between off and on, the loss was much greater, like 15dB or so. I must of pushed the switch when I was adding the lug.
