Hello Arne I had the exact sam situation with one of my two K3s serial 377 something .The power control sometimes did not work or if I wanted to increase power it went backwards, same with the CW pot. Elecraft suggested to replace them , It's not fun at all and requires patience, pay attention when you disassemble the front panel, so you can fix it back when the pots are replaced. Good luck if you decide to replace them, its worth it since it will fully recover tour radio.
