look for the SMA connector next to the BNC antenna connector.
That will tell you if the KX3 has a 4M or 2M module. Opening it
up is quite easy, as it is the way you change the internal
batteries, so that works too. If the installer checked the 2M or
4M box on the transverter, you get a clue as to which band was installed.
