Carl, I received an email on February 9 also, but the carefully chosen words in my email did not say it would ship in 5-7 days ….. here’s the wording used my email: “Your KPA1500 order will be available to ship within the next 5-7 business days” …. Those are carefully chosen words… and they really do not say when it will actually ship.
FYI I ordered my amp and prepaid on Aug 24, 2017 ten minutes after the “orders are now being accepted” announcement email had been sent and timestamped …. And I received the order received confirmation email about ten minutes later on the same date. And I am still waiting also.
