Hello all: Over the weekend I was getting an ERR AT3 on my K3 when I first turn on the radio. I did read in the manual about removing the KAT3, but decided just to try setting the Config to "not inst" and the message no longer appears during power up. The radio seems to work just fine without the tuner "installed".
Is it likely the KAT3 is the problem or could it be something else? Also wondering it is possible to have the KAT3 repaired.
