I've started running this setup on FT8. For some reason, I can hear the grinding FT8 sound on TX. MON is set to 0, AF 54, MIC 60--these produce the right levels of Tx and Rx audio with the soundcard levels set mid-range. DATA mode. I think the sound is coming from the KX3. Any ideas how I can make it silent? Thanks and 73 Eric WD6DBM
