This is off topic. I have a Tektronix 475 Oscilloscope that is available to anyone in the Seattle area who would be willing to drive to Kirkland to pick it up -- no charge. This is a 200 Megahertz analog scope.
It works, and as far as I can tell the time base and voltage calibration are fine. It comes with manual (actually 475a but close enough), and two passive probes (1X/10X switcable).
