Wayne. Google's automated translation system does a very good job with that site.
Just copy that link in the left side box at :- https://translate.google.com Let it autodetect the source language (it seems to detect German) and leave the default "English" set above the right side box, then click on the link in the RIGHT side box, where upon, you'll go to a translated version of that site.
