I traded a 75A2 for a new 6m Gooney III in 1960. I worked nothing but 6m for the next two years until I went in the Army in 1962.

Spent many a night on SF's Twin Peaks with that radio. One of my happiest times in ham radio. I'm pretty sure 50.125 was calling frequency then too. The band was all AM. CW was rare. SSB was mostly non-existent.
