Again, I'm not sure about this, but aren't all the boards the same except for the frequency determining parts (toroids and caps)? If so, you could just swap out those parts on your 20/30 board. Pretty sure the caps and cores would still be available somewhere, and somebody is bound to have the winding instructions for the toroids for 40 and 80.
