"Many vanity calls are chosen because they are easier to copy, especially in the case of CW. My call is NOT an example of an "easy to copy on CW" call, having too many dahs and strings of dits causing the little short "e" to be missed. It is also NOT a vanity call."
Right, some cw ops prefer a call without any dangling dots -- every letter beginning and ending with a single dash. For example, my call :-)
