Assuming I WILL have the K-2 up and running FAIRLY soon (had a few
setbacks), I now turn my attention to possible mobile operation.
This is something I've not done before.
Several mobile HF antennas are out there. I've read in some places
that there are some real DOGS to watch out for.
Hustler has been around for a long time. What about Comet/Maldol?
MFJ? Others?
Any sources for arranging the unit within the vehicle?
I am going to use the K2 in a Honda Element.
Ideas about antenna mounting (considering the larger size)?
Any info is very much appreciated (as always)!
