Just finished a brief entry into the CQWW VHF contest with the KPA-1500. Sure was fun with a few more watts behind the report. Everything worked flawlessly. QSY from CW to SSB in an instant and again 0 problems. I did have to buy the house next door to put the amp so I wouldn't hear it (no not really). I did invest in a new Heil Pro7 and it was comfortable and reduced the fan noise to next to nothing. So pleased with the amp.
