Tentative pricing: $5900/$5500 assembled/kit for 1500W; $3900/$3500 assembled/kit for 800W. The box was bigger than I thought it would be. Didn't take any measurements, and to my disappointment I realized I got home without taking any pictures of it, either. I took my non-ham father with me to the convention just for fun. While I was looking at the amp and talking to Eric, he was watching Wayne demo the KX1. He was so impressed that HE almost bought one. I talked him out of it by buying one myself. :-) In addition to the KX1 to round out my Elecraft collection, I bought a DSP board for my K2. Also picked up one of N8LP's cool digital wattmeter kits.
