I tried a few BT transmitters. No issue with interference, but the latency you are concerned about made it impossible to send at any speed. Works fine on SSB, but for me was not usable for CW and since most of my time is spent on CW I stopped using it. I know there have been a few members who claim to have found one that is better. Hopefully one of them will come in with a model and some data.
