I used to think the same way. I would say simply, “price includes shipping to any US address.” Then I sold a Kenwood rig to a ham in Hawai’i and the shipping via USPS was astronomical. It was too big for a flat rate box. And, I’m not actually sure the flat rate to Hawai’i is the same as to CONUS. At any rate, to be safe I now say “price includes shipping to CONUS.” I’ll negotiate individually with any Alaskan, Puerto Rican, or Hawai’ian potential buyer.
