Good evening all 
I am truly amazed at the quality of Customer Service I just received. It takes 
a lot to impress me, Doug and crew did a fantastic job helping to trouble shoot 
a potential newby configuration issue. The Disney company does fantastic 
customer service trainings for all their staff on customer service, and sells 
it externally, Doug could teach them a lesson. Thank youKen BurstallKC1ICN
