Our club has its summer picnic during the NAQP SSB contest. We
set up a radio with the logging laptop inside a 15"-20" deep
cardboard box on a picnic table in the full August sun. We don't
have significant issues reading the laptop screen.

I've wondered how well the PX3 screen displays in bright
sunlight. I Use my KX3-2M as IF for my portable 10-GHz station
and display of spectrum would be handy for finding mw signals.
But this is activity on a high hill or mountain or
lake/oceanside location (not in a darkened vehicle or your home).
Typical LCD laptops screens are unusable in bright light so
wonder about the PX3. Not interested in the P3 for my K3, just
the PX3.
