The DC should not have done anything - the KPA blocks it at its input. But the 
excess power apparently did quite a bit of damage. Call the tech support guys 
on Monday.

Good luck in PACC. Most of us contest types in this area (Northern California) 
are operating WPX-RTTY this weekend.
