Well, some bad things have just happened tonight. Most of the day spent on 80m was fine Spent about an hour on 40m. Still fine went down to 160m, apparently blew something (ldmos?) Amp went a bit crazy, kept faulting, powered off then wouldn’t power back till cycled main power then had to do a force firmware load multiple times Firmware doesn’t seem to be holding after power down even went back to 2.0
I was running 2.09 from 2.00. Everything was fine until 160 tonight I use the same antenna on all bands 160 dipole fed with ladder line fed thru a 4:1 DX Eng balun. Looks like it’s going to have to go back. Only 5 months old.
