Ken, If I recall correctly, that serial number has it all up to date. The last change was the addition of the keying waveshape change. If there are 2 capacitors to be installed on the back of the Control Board (C45 and C46), then this change is included. The serial number for the cut-in of this change may be listed on the Elecraft parts and mods order list.
